Any participation with KMERCH HAVEN constitutes full compliance with our terms and conditions. Please read our terms and conditions before ordering from our shop!

General Guidelines
1. Make sure you are 100% sure before ordering from our checkout link.
2. We only secure item/s with down payment.
3. Down payment must be paid immediately after ordering/checking out. Do not order/checkout if you are not ready to pay for the down payment yet. Make sure you are able to send the down payment via our payment channels immediately. This is to make the process faster. Since we only secure items with down payment, we will not be able to process your order if you do not pay for the down payment even if you order/checkout. It will be a waste of time. So please checkout only if you are ready to send the down payment. After receiving your down payment, we will immediately secure and process your order.
4. If you check out and do not pay for the down payment immediately, we will cancel your order and you will need to pay for a 50% cancellation fee. If you don’t settle the cancellation fee within 3 days, you will be posted as a bogus buyer.
5. No cancellation of orders. If you wish to cancel, kindly inform us immediately. There is a 50% cancellation fee. If you don’t to settle the cancellation fee within 3 days, you will be posted as a bogus buyer.
6. Pay for the remaining balance on time. There is a 50/day/item late fee in case of late payments. We do not send reminders for the remaining balance because it is the duty of our buyers to take note of their DOP. We only send late payment reminders with late fees if you fail to pay on time.Pre-order Guidelines
1. KMERCH HAVEN does group orders and pre-order items from Korea.
2. Group orders and pre-order items will come from South Korea. Thus, expect that you’ll get the items depending on its estimated time of arrival. No rush orders. We have no control in the international and domestic shipping.
3. Group Orders under Normal ETA means your items will arrive in the PH in 4-6 weeks upon shipment from Korea. Group Orders under Fast ETA means your items will arrive in the PH in 1-2 weeks upon shipment from Korea.
7. KMERCH HAVEN will give updates from time to time regarding the pre-order items. For any update regarding your item, you may visit the hashtag #KMH_Updates on twitter or look at the "2024 Updates" Highlights on Instagram. You may also dm us on twitter or Instagram.
4. Order only if you have the patience to wait. Delays may be inevitable due to different factors such as shipping or customs.
5. KMERCH HAVEN will not be held liable for delays, loss, or damages caused from international shipment.Payment Guidelines
1. Modes of payment: GCASH, MAYA, BPI.
2. Kindly fill out our payment form after settling your payment. No payment form = We will not acknowledge your payment. Payment form can be found in the email confirmation after checking out.
3. This is a payment first shop. Make sure to pay for the downpayment upon ordering and pay for the remaining balance on or before the given deadline of payment.
4. Kindly settle your payment on time. Follow the given payment deadline. It is your responsibility to remember to pay on the deadline of payment. We do not send reminders for the remaining balance because it is the duty of our buyers to take note of their DOP. We only send late payment reminders with late fees if you fail to pay on time.
5. Failure to pay within the given deadline of payment will occur late fees. Late fee is 50 pesos per day per item.
6. No cancellation of orders. If you wish to cancel, kindly inform us immediately. Your downpayment will be forfeited and There is a 50% cancellation fee. If you don’t to settle the cancellation fee within 3 days, you will be posted as a bogus buyer. Bogus Buyers will be banned from this shop and your details will be forwarded to the NBI for possible legal actions. It may also hinder you from getting an NBI Clearance.Shipping Guidelines
1. Modes of Delivery: GGX, J&T, AND SDD.
2. KMERCH HAVEN will send a shipping form once the item is in transit to PH already or once the item is on hand already. We will only ship your item once you fill out the shipping form.
3. No shipping form = no shipping.
4. Please put ALL the items you want us to ship in the shipping form. If you have other on hand items from us, please put it in the form as well. Not in the form = we will not ship the item. If ever you put any item in the form that is NOT ONHAND yet, we will only ship items that are on hand.
5. You are not allowed to change details once shipping form is submitted already.
6. KMERCH HAVEN will no longer be held liable for your package once turned over to the courier.
7. KMERCH HAVEN will not be liable for any delays, loss, or damage in the shipping courier. We will never ship out damaged items unless we declared the damage to you before shipping out.
8. Cash on delivery via GGX is only available in terms of shipping fees. Actual item must be paid first via our mode of payments.
9. Should the courier list the items under return to seller for whatever reason, the buyer is obligated to shoulder a new shipping fee.Refund and Returns
1. If you have missing items in your parcel, feel free to dm us immediately. For claimed missing items, no unboxing video = no refund. The video should begin with the item still inside an unopened parcel.
2. Dents, Scratches, and Discoloration in the packaging are not grounds for return or exchange.
3. KMERCH HAVEN reserves the right to refuse product return or exchange should there be any traces of product usage, removal of tags, and disposal of product box or packaging.
4. No refunds unless KMERCH HAVEN fails to secure the items or they are sold out.
5. No returns unless KMERCH HAVEN ships the wrong item.
6. In case you received a wrong item from us, please DM us immediately. We are willing to replace the wrong item. DO NOT open the product. You are fully aware of your order/s from us. If you know that the item we sent is not your order, dm us immediately and do not unseal it. In case you open or unseal an item that is not yours, you will have to pay for the item in its original price and you will lose the chance to claim your original item from us.
